Ghana Holiday
My name is Steve and I am an American living in Ghana. I have co-founded a community-based travel services business here with my Ghanaian partner. At Easy Track Ghana, we work hard to help visitors have a fun and safe time in Ghana and Togo. We are a registered travel & tourism business in Ghana.
As a boutique,1-on-one service for your travel needs in Ghana, we work with you closely to develop a tour that is customized to your exact interests. When in Ghana, you will have a native guide to safely show you the sights as you wish.
Here are a couple places we recommend:
The beaches are1 major draw to Ghana. There are historical and cultural and natural sights all along the coast, including Kakum National Park where you can walk in the tree tops along the rain forest canopy walkway. Kokrobite is a very popular beach town close to Accra. It is a very laid-back hippie/Rasta beach town with lots of craft shopping, music and food. Big Millies is1 of the premier places to visit at Kokrobite, but there are resorts and chalets all along the coast.
Most of the coast west of Accra sees so many tourists that I personally prefer to get away to the water and mountains in the Volta region. There is a lovely place at Atimpoku, right on the banks of the Volta river. You can swim in the water, the Adome bridge is within walking distance, and there is a great music cruise on the lake on weekends. Going up towards Hohoe, there are beautiful waterfalls and wildlife sanctuaries. Even going just as far as Aburi Botanical Gardens makes a difference in the temperature, since it is cooler in the highlands.
So what are you looking for in Ghana? Beaches & relaxation? Cultural experiences? Historical sites? Sexy men? We can hook you up with a trusted native there who will guide you around safely and make sure you have a fun time. Maybe an evening at Chester's for some live music, or shopping at1 of our famous markets.
Use the Trip Planner on our web site to give us an idea of what you want to do in Ghana and we can prepare an initial proposal that we can work together to refine until it is your perfect holiday in Ghana!
You will have a GREAT time in Ghana. If this is your first trip to Africa, you will return home a changed person. Our web site has additional information and you should feel free to ask any questions. It would be our great pleasure to show you the best of Ghana.
PEACE and good health to you always. |
