I'm looking for a travel/vacation companion to Baja California - no particular place in Baja in
mind, although my vision is someplace relatively secluded, or a small town or city, on or near a beach, relaxing but with some hiking, snorkeling, etc. options. I'd like to share a condo or other vacation rental with someone. I'm semi-retired, and also want to see if Baja is a reasonable place to retire in. Although I'm mainly looking for a friend, something more intimate would be a nice surprise. I'm a contractor, specializing in telephone/ethernet wiring and consulting. I've been self-employed since 1986, and although I like what I do, it's getting close to hanging up the shingle. I do moderate gym workouts nearly every day (so I'm in kinda sorta decent shape), and enjoy opera, classical music, and live theater.
